Every piece created for you is made with intention and care. Read on to understand the terms of our agreement.
Every Cryptic Cult piece is created exclusively for you at the time of your order. Because nothing sits on a shelf waiting, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or buyer's remorse. We ask that you review sizing carefully before placing your order.
What We Do Cover
We stand fully behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions, no runaround.
In these cases we will offer you either a replacement of the same item or store credit for the full value of your order. The choice is yours.
How to Report an Issue

IContact us at info@crypticcult.com within 3 days of delivery. Issues reported after this window cannot be honoured.

IIIAttach clear photographs or video showing the damage or defect. This allows us to resolve your case as swiftly as possible.

IVWe will respond within 1–3 business days and arrange your replacement or store credit.
What Is Not Covered
The following fall outside our policy and cannot be resolved with a replacement or credit:
— Incorrect size selected at checkout
— Change of mind after purchase
— Damage caused by improper care or washing
— Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
— Orders where an incorrect address was provided
We encourage you to review your order details — size, address, and item — carefully before completing your purchase. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued to the email address associated with your order and never expires. It may be used on any item across the Cryptic Cult collection.
