Shipping policy

At Cryptic Cult, we do not deal in the mass-produced or the mundane. Every artifact is clandestinely sourced and extracted from our global network of specialized ateliers and distant vaults. Because our pieces are summoned specifically upon your command, our shipping process follows the ancient laws of patience and precision.

I. The Binding Covenant (Order Cancellations)

Once an order is placed, the ritual has begun. Our automated systems immediately signal our global partners to begin extraction and preparation.

  • No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order is cast into our system.

  • Finality: Ensure your selection is true before completing the ritual.

II. The Extraction Period (Production & Processing)

All items are sourced and prepared on-demand. Timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the artifact and the vault from which it is being summoned.

  • Standard Artifacts: 5–10 business days.

  • Specialty Artifacts (Jewelry, Heavy Outerwear, Footwear, Home Goods): 10–15 business days.

  • Seasonal Fluctuations: High-volume seasons (October/December) may extend these timelines.

  • Split Summoning: Orders with multiple items may manifest in separate packages and arrive at different times.

III. The Great Crossing (Shipping Timelines)

Shipping time commences only after the Extraction Period is complete.

  • United States: Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days.

  • International: Estimated delivery in 2–4 weeks, depending on local customs and carrier conditions.

  • Note: These are estimates provided by our couriers. Cryptic Cult cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to the unpredictable nature of global logistics and customs inspections.

IV. Tracking the Artifact

A tracking link will be sent via email as soon as the package crosses the threshold into transit.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for carriers to update their tracking sigils.

  • Separate tracking numbers will be provided for split shipments.

V. The Petitioner’s Responsibility (Address Accuracy)

The accuracy of the destination is the responsibility of the petitioner.

  • We are not liable for artifacts lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  • Should a package be returned to our vaults due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for all reshipment fees.

VI. Lost, Stolen, or Stranded Packages

Once an artifact is handed to the carrier, Cryptic Cult is no longer its guardian. We are not liable for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Carrier-related delays or routing errors.

  • In these rare events, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide any documentation needed to assist your claim.

VII. The 7-Day Awakening (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If your artifact arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong ritual was performed (incorrect item), you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact our council.

  • The Process: Email info@crypticcult.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage or error.

  • The Resolution: After verification, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

  • Exclusions: Claims submitted after the 7-day window will be considered "Accepted by the Petitioner" and cannot be honored.

VIII. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Our global extraction process means your package may cross international borders.

  • The petitioner is responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country of residence.

  • These charges are outside of our control and are not included in our product prices.

IX. Returned-to-Sender

If a package is returned due to a refusal of customs fees, an unclaimed delivery, or an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
